Udaan Foundation is a non-profit organisation. We do not sell physical products, so this policy explains how receipts and any occasional items are delivered.

01We Are A Non-Profit

Udaan Foundation does not operate an online store and does not sell goods. The primary transaction on this website is a charitable donation, which has no physical shipment.

02Delivery Of Donation Receipts

When you make a donation, your receipt is delivered electronically. A receipt is generated immediately after a successful payment and a copy is sent to the email address you provide. No physical delivery is involved.

03Delivery Timeline For Receipts

Electronic receipts are typically available instantly and emailed within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you do not receive your receipt, please check your spam folder or write to hello@udaan.foundation.

04Occasional Physical Items

On rare occasions, Udaan may send a token of appreciation, an acknowledgement letter or campaign material to a donor or partner. Where this applies, items are dispatched within 7 to 14 working days to the address provided.

05Delivery Within India

Any physical dispatch by Udaan Foundation is made within India through standard postal or courier services. Delivery times depend on the destination and the service provider.

06No Delivery Charges

Udaan Foundation does not charge donors any shipping or delivery fee. Any occasional item sent by us is sent free of cost as a goodwill gesture.
